Frequency asked questions

Is this a recurring subscription?

When you select subscribe it is a recurring quarterly subscription. Once you sign up, you will be billed immediately for $99.00 CAD+tax/delivery(as a non-refundable minimum purchase). Unless you notify us before, your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged for $99.00 CAD+tax/delivery(if applicable), until cancellation, on:

February 1st (for the Spring Box)

May 1st (for the Summer Box)

August 1st (for the Fall Box)

November 1st (for the Holiday Box)

You can cancel anytime after you receive your first box by logging in to your account and clicking "Manage Subscription" or by using the link from the email you received when ordering. You can also email dustin@birderbingo.com to cancel your subscription.

When does my quarterly box ship?

  • Spring box ships first week of March
  • Summer box ships first week of June
  • Fall box ships first week of September
  • Winter box ships first week of December

 Order between November 2nd & February 1st- first box ships first week of March

Order between February 2nd & May 1st- first box ships first week of June

Order between May 2nd & August 1st- first box ships first week of September

Order between August 2nd & November 1st- first box ships first week of December 

How does billing work?

Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can skip, pause, or cancel by logging in to your account and clicking "Manage Subscription" or by using the link from the email you received when ordering. You can also email dustin@birderbingo.com to cancel your subscription.
